These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MatchPulse 2026 (the "App"), published by Wordly Nomad LLC ("we," "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
MatchPulse 2026 is a free, offline-first companion application for the 2026 international football tournament hosted across Canada, Mexico, and the United States. The App provides:
The App is provided free of charge with no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertising.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. This license is governed by the additional terms imposed by the app store from which you downloaded the App (the Apple App Store EULA or the Google Play Terms of Service).

MatchPulse 2026 is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by FIFA, the 2026 tournament organizing committee, any participating football federation, any national team, any broadcaster, or any commercial sponsor of the tournament. All team names, federation abbreviations, venue names, and tournament schedule data are used descriptively to identify the publicly-known sporting event.
Trademarks referenced in the App (e.g. team names, host-city names, stadium names) belong to their respective owners and are used here only for editorial identification of publicly-scheduled sporting fixtures.
The schedule, kickoff times, group standings, results, and venue information shown in the App are provided for general informational purposes only. We make a reasonable effort to keep the bundled schedule and the optional refreshed schedule accurate, but:
Always consult the official tournament source or your broadcaster of choice for time-critical decisions (travel, ticketing, viewing). Do not rely on this App as the sole source for any decision with financial, legal, or personal-safety consequences.
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: we collect no personal information, store nothing about you on our servers, and the App functions fully offline.
All rights, title, and interest in the App — including the source code, design, layout, icons, illustrations, and other original creative content authored by us — are owned by Wordly Nomad LLC. These Terms grant you no ownership rights in the App, only the limited license described in Section 2.
National flag SVG assets shipped with the App are derived from public-domain sources and are reproduced under their respective public-domain or permissive licenses. Stadium and venue photography shipped with the App was generated for this build; any third-party imagery is used under the rights granted at the time of inclusion.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in those jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WORDLY NOMAD LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, which is zero because the App is free, or (b) ten United States dollars (US $10).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wordly Nomad LLC from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or your violation of any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your license to use the App at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12 survive termination.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms become effective when posted at the URL listed in the Apple App Store and Google Play listings. Material changes will also be summarized in the App's "What's New" notes for the release in which they take effect. Your continued use of the App after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If you reside in a jurisdiction whose law grants you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings in your local courts, this Section 12 does not override that right.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Wordly Nomad LLC only — not with Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and has the right to enforce them against you.
If you downloaded the App from Google Play, your use is additionally governed by the Google Play Terms of Service. Nothing in these Terms limits Google's rights under that agreement.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable while preserving its original intent.
These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Wordly Nomad LLC regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
